Members Of DECAPITATED Extradited To Washington Following Kidnapping Allegations

Two members of Decapitated are being extradited to Spokane, Washington after the whole band was accused of kidnapping and sexual assault.

Michal Lysejko, the band’s drummer, and Waclaw Kieltyka, the band’s guitarist, were taken from jail in Los Angles County Monday night, and are currently on their way to Spokane County. The other two members of the band, Rafal Piotrowski and Hubert Wiecek will be transported at an upcoming date.

The band was arrested and accused of kidnapping a woman after their August 31st concert in Spokane, Washington. They were arrested after their Santa Anna, California show with Thy Art Is Murder on their “Double Homicide” tour.

Speaking on the accusations the band said: “While we are not perfect human beings, we are not kidnappers, rapists, or criminals. As such, we strongly deny the allegations that have recently been brought against us,” they wrote. “We ask that everyone please reserve their judgment until a definitive outcome has been reached, as charges have yet to be pressed. Full testimony and evidence will be presented in due time, and we have faith in that process.”
